Let's move student feedback from simple ratings to real conversations.
Traditional surveys leave educators guessing about student needs. Polaris transforms those abstract ratings into actionable insights backed by real student voices.
Authentic Conversations
Students share experiences through voice recordings, group discussions, or writing - creating genuine dialogue instead of forced survey responses.
Deep Analysis
Get comprehensive insights, action steps, and suggestions backed by actual student audio clips, so every finding connects to real voices.
Make Change
Query your data conversationally and receive immediate answers about specific programs, policies, or student populations.
How Polaris Works
Polaris is a robust tool to hear directly from students (and adults) about their school experience through three seamless phases: question development, student conversations, and intelligent analysis that preserves real voices while providing actionable insights.
Create and schedule a meaningful “Days of Listening” with unbiased, accessible questions about school climate, programming, or pedagogy that encourage authentic student responses.
What can we figure out together?
From everyday concerns about lunch and schedules to deeper questions about belonging, curriculum, and school culture, Polaris helps you understand what students really think and need.
“What's working well in your math class this year?”
“How do you feel about the amount of homework you receive?”
“What would make our school assemblies more engaging?”
“What extracurricular activities would you like to see offered?”
“How comfortable do you feel asking teachers for help?”
“What's one thing about our discipline policy that should change?”
“Do you feel like your voice is heard in classroom discussions?”
“What barriers prevent you from participating in school activities?”
“How well do our teachers understand your cultural background?”
“How does stress affect your learning, and what support do you need?”
“Do you feel included in our current social-emotional learning curriculum?”
“What experiences at school have made you feel most proud of yourself?”
“What would a truly student-centered learning environment look like to you?”
“How do current grading practices impact your motivation to learn?”

Student data privacy and ethics are fundamental to our mission. Our processes fully comply with FERPA, COPPA, and CIPA requirements, and as a nonprofit organization, we have chartered to be permanently prohibited from selling or transferring student data to third parties.
We are working with partners like Common Sense Privacy to ensure that student data is handled securely and ethically. Additionally, we've committed to environmental responsibility by operating Polaris entirely on renewable energy servers.
Polaris Education (through Human Restoration Project) is a member of the Access for Learning (A4L) Community and Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC). Customizable data privacy agreements (DPAs) are available to address your school's specific compliance and privacy requirements.
